Lawrence Bay Lodge has two fully modern outpost camps (in addition to our main fishing lodge) for those of you that wish to do it for yourself. As you will see below, our Reindeer Lake Fishing Resort is a truly top-quality establishment for hunting and fishing.
What Are Outpost Camps?
Outpost camps offer a more independent and remote fishing experience compared to staying at the main lodge. These camps are are located on nearby lakes and typically accessed by boat or floatplane (we have 2 of our own floatplanes), giving guests the opportunity to enjoy untouched waters and a true wilderness setting. Unlike a traditional lodge stay where meals and daily services are provided, outpost camps are designed for a “do-it-yourself” adventure. Each outpost features a fully equipped, modern cabin with amenities (see a full list of amenities in the section below for each camp). Guests bring their own food, personal gear, and fishing equipment, allowing them to set their own schedule and fish at their own pace.
This style of trip is ideal for anglers and groups who want more privacy, flexibility, and a deeper connection to the natural surroundings. With fewer people on the water and access to productive fishing lakes, outpost camps provide a unique opportunity to experience northern Saskatchewan fishing in a more secluded and personal way.
So, give our Reindeer Lake Fishing Lodge a call or fill out our contact form, we’ll be happy to set you up in one of these incredible outposts!
